Banging your head against the wall? Just can't think up something new and fresh?
Try the old and tired and kick it upside the head! Move an element, change a color, switch a photo. Counter balance with new alignments. USE that font you hate. Take a photo into PhotoShop add too much noise, distort it, posterize it, and run it through a few artistic filters---then use it as a background texture.
