6.75"x 9.5" Full-color cover with pocket insert,
24-page 2-color book designed, laid out, printed, collated, and saddle-stitched
for Bearwood Surgery Center.
The cover illustration taken from a provided photograph
and reworked in PhotoShop. Using watercolor, underpainting, and cross hatch
filters, the picture was changed from an overcast day shot of a building
to a "hand painted" rendering on a canvas background. The text
of the book was printed using the green and gray scheme used in the provided
corporate logo.
Patient photographs were included in a printed envelope
placed in a back pocket.
