"Hey Timm, I got some text from our Atlanta office and it's all 'weird.' What do I do?"
Define weird: if you're getting some strange accented marks the text may have come from the web or from Word. If you can see how one character could be another (using your amazing code-breaking abilities) then do a Find/Replace. Be careful to key in the correcttt information though, you don't want to find any instance of a weird glyph plus a space and have too many or no changes made.
